The Surgiscan data matrix scanner is the fastest and most functional scanner for surgical instruments.All materials can be read: matte or shiny metals, plastics, ... Data matrix codes from 1.0 x 1.0 mm to 9.0 x 9.0 mm are easy to read, a beep and a signal on the screen indicate the successful reading of the data matrix.
The scanner has a waterproof aluminum housing, a conical top that is adapted to all types of instruments and 4 LED lights that ensure the correct color intensity.
In addition, it is possible to link the read data matrix to the Besco software program SteMaTo®: data matrix codes can be used smoothly as the alias code of an instrument.This way, every instrument can be made unique and traced.
With the Besco laser we can supply the appropriate laser engraver for identifying your instruments: in addition to datamatrix, you can also apply barcodes, texts, logos, etc. on all kinds of materials (Titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, ...).
Besco also provides the necessary support in the form of training, the supply of templates and the supply of our "Besco Laser Management" Software.This tool allows you to automatically generate unique codes.
